Aqui entram as principais nuances sobre o que classificamos, não só como Estratégia de venda bem como Aderente público.

This weekend I wrapped up a plan two years in the making. It was, by far, the greatest challenge I’ve faced in over 20 years in tech.

I’ve never compromised on knowledge, and I’ve never had an issue getting my hands dirty to make a business model evolve; whether driven by company direction or my own vision of where the market is heading. I follow a philosophy that feels instinctive now, but it's something every entrepreneur understands:

"Behind every Corporate ID, there’s always a Human Soul."

This vision gave me a very clear North: the owner isn’t worried about the "product." They’re worried about finding the solution to the problem they are betting their time; and their future, on.

In this, my fifth career transition, I don’t see myself as "more or less" than when I started. I see this movement as natural. The market evolves; we keep up. What sustains my value today; and what I tell those who ask; is the baggage accumulated since day one. That is what makes the difference.

It’s not about switching roles, it’s about what you carry with you:

  • From your professional and personal experiences;

  • From what you bring from your last challenge to the next strategic one.

We all carry stories (and the track record is deep...). But we rarely stop to think: which loads do we choose to carry to get where we are today? This weight has meaning, yet it’s often undervalued by those who see themselves merely as "employees of their own bodies." Why?

We decide to change, but we depend on the only validation that doesn't come from the outside: our own. If you decided to walk a path, it’s up to you to enjoy the destination you defined.

YOUR OWN.

Experience isn’t attested by years at a desk. It’s attested by HOW you handle the situations that arise. Whether in your personal or professional life, what matters is how you see it:

Was it worth it (or what did it cost) for your journey? For mine, I always say: It contributed!

Occupying the highest position is simple: reaching the top of your own hierarchy—which is life itself—allied to the corporation that life is on its own. It’s a goal to be reached the moment you realize the dream ISN’T the company’s; it’s your own prosperous life.

"Your Experience is BALLAST.

If you need to change, DON’T JUST CHANGE: EVOLVE.

Your Experience is not an ANCHOR, it’s BALLAST."

And full steam ahead! Because the world doesn't wait for the "official" calendar to start...

Don't wait. Because today? It’s already 2026!
